Sheiks Will Watch the Matches of Ukrainian Premier League

Sheiks Will Watch the Matches of Ukrainian Premier LeagueThe International partner of Ukrainian Premier League, IMG Company, distributed the package of media rights of eleven clubs on the territories of Middle East & North Africa. A license was obtained by the ‘Kuwait TV’ company. Now the audience of the sport TV channel ‘Kuwait TV3’ with coverage in 21 countries of the Arabic world will watch the matches of Ukrainian Premier League (UPL). ‘Kuwait TV’ will elect two fixtures for broadcasting in every round starting from the second part of championship.

‘Middle East is a perspective market with a whimsical audience’, Development Director of UPL Vadym Galagan comments this agreement. ‘That is why it is much more pleasant that ‘Kuwait TV’ became interested in our product. Expansion of television scope of UPL in new regions of Middle East and North Africa is another confirmation that our TV product develops swiftly. In the case of collecting the rights of all the clubs of UPL in one pool, the presence of the Ukrainian elite division in outer informative space can be increased more substantially from the next season. The profits of the clubs will accordingly begin to grow from realization of international media rights’.

Kuwait became the fifth foreign country which TV channels broadcast the matches of UPL. Earlier UPL entered the license agreements with the broadcasting companies of Russia and Romania independently, and shows the matches in Poland and Armenia with the help of collaboration with IMG
