Meeting February 24 2010, the Board of Directors of the LFP has launched the applications for League 2 broadcasting rights and adopted the draft general schedule of the 2010/2011 season.
Launch of applications for League 2
The Board of Directors of the LFP has decided to launch the applications for the broadcasting rights of League 2 from season 2010/2011 to 2013/2014.
The applications deadline is on the 9 March 2010. A decision is expected to be taken on the next Board of Directors on 2 April 2010.

Proposed general schedule for the 2010/2011 season
The draft general schedule for the 2010/2011 season has been accepted by the Board of Directors of the LFP. This project, that will be subject to the final approval of the Federal Council today on 26 February 2010, provides the complete report since the start of Ligue 1 on Saturday, 7 August 2010, until th final day Sunday, 29 May 2011.Only two league rounds are scheduled on weekdays.

Transfer Windows
- The summer transfer window in League 1 and League 2 will start on Tuesday, 8 June 2010 and will close on Tuesday, 31 August 2010 at midnight. It will have period of twelve weeks.
- The winter transfer window will begin on Monday, 3 January 2011 and will close on Monday, 31 January 2011 at midnight. I will have a period of four weeks.
