 The administration of the EPFL is managed by the Chief Executive Officer who, under the guidance of the Board of Directors and General Assembly, is responsible for the daily business in the following areas:

• International Cooperation and Development,
• Marketing & Communication and Event Management,
• Finance and Administration,
• Relations with Members and Associate Members,
• Information Management and research,
• Legal Affairs, Relations with Governmental Organizations and  NGO’s.

The EPFL administration is responsible for the following services/activities:

• preparation, implementation and follow-up of decisions taken by the General Assembly, the Board of Directors and the Chairman;
• preparation and follow-up of the work of all committees;
• permanent liaison with the Member Leagues and Football bodies.
• coordination of the preparation for all General Assembly of Members and Board of Directors meeting;
• organisation and preparation of all EPFL activities;
• circulation of information within the Association; advice to candidate Members;
• relations with many international governmental and non-governmental organisations dealing with, in particular, sport, education and culture;
• implementation of many other tasks assigned to it by the Chairman and the Board of Directors.
