Deal for the next two seasons
Liga Portugal and SIC (Portuguese TV channel) reached an agreement regarding the television broadcasting rights for the next two editions of the League Cup.
The contract previews the transmission of seven games per edition of the competition: 5 from the third round, 1 semi-final and the final.
With this deal, the partnership between Liga Portugal and SIC, is renewed. This agreement, which lasts for already two seasons, is a great venture for both parties, since the final from the last two editions was the most viewed in matches opposing two Portuguese clubs.
