EPFL Directors approve annual reports and strategy plan

The EPFL Board of Directors has met yesterday, at the Association's Headquarters in Nyon, for the last meeting of its 3 years cycle 2007-2010. Leaded by the EPFL Chairman, Sir David Richards, the Board unanimously approved the 200/2010 Annual Report of Activities and Financial Report, as well as the 2010/2011 Budget and Global Strategy Plan.
During the meeting, the Board agreed to propose to the supreme body of the Association, the General Assembly, a resolution on sports betting to safeguard and to further protect the integrity of the Leagues' competitions and provide them guidance on the fight against unlawful betting and match-fixing.
The Leagues' chiefs will gather in London on 6/7 October for the first General Assembly of the 2010/2011 season and to celebrate the 5th Anniversary of its constitution. On the occasion, the Association will elect its new Board of Directors for the 3 years mandate (2010/2013).
